Could anything be more difficult?? Writing about myself……hmmmm. A challenge, but here goes!
**WARNING** Brace yourself. I’m honest
I am an uber blessed, OCD, germ phobic, ever-questioning, always praying, stay at home MOM of two healthy, happy, beautiful babies.
I am an unconditionally loved, libido challenged (it’s not you honey, it’s me), menu planning, coupon clipping, money managing, sometimes moody, over analyzing, super lucky WIFE of an amazing, supportive, sexy Air Force man (can you say uniform??).
I am a God relying, ice cream loving, massage wanting, always dreaming, tattoo sporting, bargain hunting, sleep deprived WOMAN.
And Finally, I am a WANNA-BE hair stylist, fashion designer, interior decorator, comedienne, chef, and last but not least, a Victoria’s Secret model (ironically, this one also makes my hubby’s list).
In other words…..my life could not be better!
Mommy’s Shoes, the website and the book, was born out of a culmination of all of these things and inspired by my precious babies, along with some inexplicable desire to give a no-holds barred diatribe of the daily grind I like to call Mommyhood. My sincere apologies to my family, who will no doubt find themselves in the spotlight…..possibly voluntarily, most likely not.
About Illustrator Manda Munger
First time illustrator Manda Munger, began drawing at an early age. Although, with very little formal training, she has developed into a remarkable artist. Beginning at an early age, she always had a knack for drawing and coloring in several bright, vivid colors. Never being one to stay in the lines, she was always thinking outside the box.
The artist grew up in Enid, Oklahoma. She attended Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa where she received her Associate degree in Business Administration. She is currently residing in Enid, living with her adopted Chihuahua Dax. She is completing her bachelor’s degree in Business at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She works as a graphic artist at a local screen-printing store. In her spare time, she enjoys using her creativity to design her own cards that she sends to family and friends.
